While we’re at it, we’ll increase their self confidence, build their self esteem, and show them how to deal with bullies and strangers, physical conflicts and negative peer pressure. We reinforce the importance of staying healthy by eating the right foods, getting enough exercise and sleep, personal hygiene and staying safe ... all while having a great time! Our classes are a perfect blend of education, motivation and FUN!!
